For next spring, Rachel Roy is focusing on strong tailoring and draping. I love, love, love draping. It's so whimsical and feminine. I love her palate selection - ranging from grays to jewel tones to black. The suits and pants are very chic. Roy knows what women want to wear and feel good wearing.
