Focus on Photographers

Here at AniA, there are few things we love more than getting to see the photographs from our brides' weddings. There's something magical about getting to see how she looks on the day, all put together in the dress of her dreams, and it makes us feel like we've done our jobs. We've come to appreciate some of the fantastic photographers we've met here in PDX, and we wanted to share a few of them with you:

Bryan Rupp and his wife Leah work as a team and are two of the nicest, most wonderful to work with people we've encountered - not to mention talented! This shot is one of our favorites from an engagement session- we also definitely encourage you to check out some of their "trash the dress" sessions (amazing!).

You can find more of Bryan's work at www.bryanruppphotography.com - the blog is a must read.

Jasmine Photography is a Portland area powerhouse - Alexis is super talented, and the pictures truly speak for themselves. She's offering a wide variety of new packages in all budget ranges, and her work is truly priceless. The shot below is a great example of her artistry (and check out that beautiful Lea-Ann Belter gown!)

Koes Bong is a new photographer to the Portland area, so he's a bit of an undiscovered gem - now is the perfect time to get in and get the date you desire! His pictures are artistic, authentic, and flawless, and he has a kind and calm demeanor- a perfect presence to have around on an often hectic occasion. We love the shot below! Can you imagine having a photo like this of you in your bridal gown?

Last but certainly not least, David Barss is a true professional - his work is modern and artistic with a touch of bridal tradition- truly beautiful. We especially love his use of Portland landmarks in his engagement sessions, like the Pearl District shot below.

Best of luck as you search for your perfect photographer. Luckily, we're practically surrounded by fantastic options here in Portland. Enjoy!
