Trunk Shows for June

Happy Spring to all!

This June, we're hosting an exciting line-up of trunk shows, the first of which is the Marisa Bridal show this weekend, June 4th-7th. Come watch the parade on Saturday, then set up an appointment to try on a brand new gown from this beautiful collection. The Marisa gowns are always a bit of a mystery -hard to find on the Internet and illusive in person- but once you catch up to them in a trunk show like this one, they are truly breathtaking. These gowns are suited best for a bride with a bit of an heirloom flare, who likes a little bit of tradition and beautiful lace, but still wants something that feels clean and new. Don't miss it.

Next weekend, June 12th-14th, we'll have the Amy Michelson Fall 2009 Collection arrive in the store. Amy is known for her beautiful and daring plunging-back gowns and sultry Hollywood starlet silhouettes. If you are looking for a less traditional gown with and evening wear attitude, you have to see this collection.

June 19th-21st will be the Augusta Jones Fall 2009 Collection. I can't possibly say more about Augusta Jones and their fantastic gowns... we've already devoted four or five posts to praising their ease, grace, and wearability. The price point on this collection is also fantastic, so if you are a bride on a budget with a lot of style, you've a great option in Augusta Jones.

June 26th-28th. we'll be hosting Adele Wechsler's Eco Collection - a weekend that promises environmentally friendly fabrics and production, beautiful finishing, and general gorgeousness. If you're looking to keep your wedding as "green" as possible, I know you'll appreciate this opportunity to shop gowns that are as beautiful to the planet as they are on a bride.
